High bid $1,500.00

Status: Sold

[AQHA] 15.3 hands - 2010 Sorrel Mare (Zippos Sheik x So Radical) (Wisconsin). Exposed to IMPULSIFIED for 2026.  ""Willow"" has produced six foals to date including the APHA and PtHA point earner, ABRA Reserve Congress Champion and APHA World Champion, No Sheik Sherlock. Her 2024 filly by Impulsified is stunning and will make a fabulous all-arounder.  She is offered in this sale as well.  ""Willow"" was bred to Impulsified on her first cycle of the season and will be ultrasounded soon. Will provide an update on her pregnancy status before sale day. Her 2024 foal is pictured. UPDATE: "Willow" was artificially inseminated on 5/14/2025. 5/16 UPDATE: Ovulated on the left, but has another follicle on the right ready to ovulate. Will check again on 5/18/2025 to see if that one goes and provide an additional update. UPDATE: 5/18:  She did in fact ovulate that second follicle so she should be ultrasounded for pregancy paying close attention for twins on 6/2/2025 (16 days from second ovulation). Mare sells with a signed stallion breeding contract providing a live colored foal guarantee for the 2026 foal. Should mare end up open, buyer would be responsible for collection and shipping costs as outlined in the stallion breeding contract. 5/19/2025: starting Wednesday 5/14 this mare exhibited goobery, watery eyes, probably from the dirt and pollen in the air.  She is currently being treated with neomycin drops and they are looking better.
