[AQHA]  - 2012 Chestnut Gelding (Custom Legend x BH Enterprising Star) (Missouri) ""Chrome"" is a finished and accomplished Reiner. He has been maintained and shown by an amateur for the last 3 years. She has shown mainly ranch riding and ranch trail. Chrome has a lovey stop, spin, lead change, and extended gaits required for all those ranch riding maneuvers. He will drag a log, stand to rope a dummy, work a gate, and can trot and lope over poles for the trail. He has sorted live cattle. He will trail ride but you will leave your buddies in the dust- power walk is the only pace he knows on the trails!  Chrome is a higher energy horse, no push required. As such, he is not recommended for beginners. There is not a mean bone in his body, but if you kick he will go :-)  Owner is only selling due to time constraints with grandchildren, she isn't able to ride as much as he needs. A good program would best suit Chrome, he likes to stay busy. Chrome is a mild cribber, it is easily managed with a collar. He has been stalled and pastured, either one suits him fine. No special diet.  Show Record:  NRHA $17.10.  Shown in AQHA competition in Ranch Riding, Reining, Working Western Rail, Hunt Seat Equitation and Hunter Under Saddle classes.  Go to Documents tab to view Disclosure Form and Disposition Ratings.
