[AQHA] 14 hands - 2023 Sorrel Mare (Smart Dulce Chex x CC Peppys Katie Roan) (Pennsylvania) CC CHEXS RED LADY  2023 AQHA Mare 14 Hands / Sorrel  ""Lemonade"" is sweet. She is beautiful, strong, and athletic. Solid ground work has been done. Stands quiet for Saddling, Grooming, and Washing, and the Farrier. Lemonade came in from Kansas as a feral 2yr old in the beginning of April 2025. The 180° this filly has made is impressive. From not wanting to be touched, to following me around in the pasture, or arena like one of my Border Collies. Lemonade always starts right back up where we left off, regardless of time off. She is a drop the lead on the ground, and saddle me up kind of girl. Stands solid when I put my boot in the stirrup as well. She just looks back and says, ""Are you getting on, or what?"" Haven't gotten all the way on yet due a couple of injuries I sustained in the last calendar year. Just started back to riding recently. Update:  trimmed on 11/7/2025 - stood better for the farrier than the aged horses and never budged!  Too many horses, etc.. and not enough time, so I'll leave it to the high bidder to break her their own way. You will be impressed.  Lemonade came to me with a cut on her left rear cannon bone. Purely superficial. Never has taken a lame step. She also has a rub spot on the left hip that is just getting the hair back. I believe Lemonade can excel in any Western Performance arena.  Eligible for the Farmers and Ranchers Futurity in Salina, KS in October 2026.   This is a working cow horse class and trail class for three year olds.  Purse of $17,000 with a limited number of entries - usually less than 10.   UPDATE:  Watch the Video HERE of CC Chexs Red Peppy "Tres" - half brother to this filly. This video is from the 2025 Farmers and Ranchers fall sale and this horse competed in the futurity.  Go to Documents tab to view Disclosure Form and Disposition Ratings.
