They are a part of the Equine Science Program and are taught basic ground handling skills such as grooming, leading, yielding to pressure, tying, picking up feet, and standing for the vet and farrier. They have been exposed to bathing, clipping, and loading/unloading on a stock trailer as well as noises associated with football games and fireworks. During their time in this program, each horse has lived outside in mixed groups as well as stalled individually at night. The horses learn to round pen, longe, and are green broke to walk, jog, and lope under saddle. At the time of sale, most horses will have had approximately 20 rides. They are worked with by a variety of students with various skill levels. All Penn State horses are microchipped for identification purposes. PSU Touch Of Krymsun ,""Doll"", is 2024 chestnut gelding by One Hot Krymsun and out of Hello Dollin. He represents the strength of Penn State's Quarter Horse Breeding Program, combining elite AQHA bloodlines with correct conformation and future performance potential. Doll is attentive under saddle and would do well in a Western All-Around program with his natural, slow-legged jog and desirable head carriage.   PSU Touch Of Krymsun sire, One Hot Krymsun, is a three-time AQHA world champion in Open Western Pleasure. One Hot Krymsun is the first horse to have won the 2-Year-Old Snaffle Bit, Junior, and Senior classes in a row. He is an NSBA Hall of Fame stallion, a four-time All American Quarter Horse Congress Champion, and he was Reserve Congress Champion three times. His dam is Hello Dollin by Time to Touch, out of Cascades. Hello Dollin has produced notable offspring throughout her years in Penn State's Breeding Program. In all divisions combined, her offspring have earned over 200 points in a variety of events. They have achievements in All-Around, Hunt Seat, Western Horsemanship, and Performance Halter Geldings.
