Bidding Soft Close on Tuesday, August 25 starting at 6 PM MT. PREVIEW: We urge all buyers to make an appointment with the Seller to view the horses to thoroughly examine any prospective purchases prior to the sale. If viewing is not an option, please contact the Sellers with any questions and thoroughly review the descriptions, photos and videos of each horse. Any disputes will be resolved with sale management/sellers as they see fit. This includes the right to reject any or all bids. PAYMENT:  Payment is due within 3 (three) business days of the close of the auction, no later than Friday, August 28, 2026.  Methods of Payment accepted are Credit Card or Bank Wire.  TRANSPORTATION:  DUE TO DROUGHT, ALL HORSES UNLESS NOTED IN THE CATALOG NEED TO BE PICKED UP WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF THE CLOSING OF THE SALE. BUYER’S CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION FEE:  a Credit Card Transaction Fee in the amount of 4% of the successful final bid for any horse purchased will be added to the Final Bid price to determine the total price.  This fee will not be charged for purchases paid for by Wire Transfer, or cash.  This fee covers costs for electronic financial transactions. Bank Wire transfers are charged a $15 incoming bank wire fee.  The Seller is not responsible for these fees. SALES TAX:  Buyers residing in Virginia will be required to pay Virginia Sales Tax of 6% of the Total Price, unless Buyer is exempt and appropriate forms have been completed.
