Entry Fees: • $175 - Elite Session - Xrays and Vet Statement required. Includes paragraph style sire and dam show and produce records research from QData. • $175 - Session that includes paragraph-style sire and dam show and produce records research on entry in auction from QData. • $125 - Regular Session includes show and produce records research on entry only. Commission: 10%.  No commission charged if horse does not sell - only the entry fee is paid.   No Sales are also offered an opportunity to sell in an upcoming internet auction at no additional charge. The 2025 August Internet Auction is an ALL INTERNET Auction where Buyers can do their shopping and Sellers can market from the comfort of home.  Sellers can present their horses to the worldwide marketplace.  Buyers can set the price without long distance haggling.   PAYMENT:  Payment is due within 3 (three) business days of the close of the auction, no later than Friday, August 8, 2025.  Methods of Payment accepted include Credit Card or Bank Wire.    BUYER’S CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION FEE:  a Credit Card Transaction Fee in the amount of 4% of the successful final bid for any horse purchased will be added to the Final Bid price to determine the total price.  This fee will not be charged for purchases paid for by Wire Transfer, or cash.  This fee covers costs for electronic financial transactions. Bank Wire transfers are charged a $15 incoming bank wire fee.  The Seller is not responsible for these fees.   SALES TAX:  Buyers residing in Virginia will be required to pay Virginia Sales Tax of 6% of the Total Price, unless Buyer is exempt and appropriate forms have been completed.   CURRENCY:  All Transactions are in United States Dollars (USD)   PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AUCTION:  You will be bound by these Conditions whether or not you have read them. In order to obtain a Bidder Number you will be required to provide a valid credit card number.  You card will NOT BE CHARGED for any purchases.  We do not keep the credit card information on file.  This information is only used to verify that you are a real person.  This is a secure bidding platform and your payment information is safe.
